Cross-cultural, Multi-functional, and no border restrictions! In addition to our talent management division, EEI International ‘presently ‘ is comprised of six other divisions. We say ‘presently’ because EEI is constantly creating, developing, and expanding into new areas and markets. With this being said, EEI International's present divisional structure is as follows:

The Vision:

In early 2000 in Asia, EEI International undertook its first phase. At that time, it was just EEI, Encore Entertainment Industries. EEI started out as a humble talent management company shopping bands in Asia. The success of placement of talent in Asia prompted the initiation of other aspects of the company’s vision. Modeling became a new component for EEI when it recognized its ability to support the fashion industry. It was simply, supply and demand. There was a demand for models for fashion shows in Asia and EEI found a way to supply them! The realization of EEI becoming an international competitor was coming to life faster than the team had ever anticipated. In the year 2002, EEI branched out and expanded to Europe. With its expansion, EEI changed its name to EEI International. Upon its expansion to Europe, EEI International found that it had the potential to cover many facets of the entertainment industry. A board of directors was formed, and EEI International laid the groundwork for what it would become today, a multidivisional entertainment and talent management company with limitless expansion capabilities. EEI International is Entertainment!

The Mission:

EEI International is forging a new path by leading the way with its multidimensional concept in the United States! The intention of EEI International is to offer individuals with a form of talent, an opportunity, a platform, and a vehicle to expose their gift to the world, and a chance to pursue their dreams! Realizing that every person has a true inherent gift, EEI International encourages individuals of all ages, race, and gender to realize their own potential and explore the unlimited possibilities.

Operations:

EEI International is also very focused on the community. We pride ourselves on being a part of the every day effort to enhance morale in community relations by doing non-profit fundraisers, volunteering, involving ourselves in scholarship programs, and also citywide events for teens. We are currently in the midst of creating a fine arts educational program for children that encompasses a multitude of diverse artistic curriculums. EEI International realizes as a company we have a responsibility to the community and community involvement is crucial to the well being of today’s youth and our culture.

Direction:

EEI International focus to date is growth and development. Our target is the expansion of our multimedia division into the mainstream of corporate America. The company’s intention is to create a dynamic combination of media concepts and entertainment that would enable us to compete in the vast market of multimedia. This development includes the creation of a film production studio, four magazines, script writing for film and television, an advertisement company, web design for streaming video, and a radio show. Long Term Strategy:

EEI International is involved in many global partnerships and affiliations thus making us capable of creating alliances and opportunities in our industry that would otherwise be difficult to procure in the entertainment field. EEI International's first goal is to make cities, such as Portland, Oregon, a Mecca of untapped talent, recognized in the international community as an entertainment haven. The future goal of EEI International is to obtain a global status amongst fortune 500 companies, bringing about awareness of our entertainment divisions throughout the world.
